Safety Standards
How Destination5 reduces risk before contact details are shared.
Verification before contact
Contact details stay locked until both matched users submit a CNIC and student or employer proof, and both submissions are approved. Verification is designed to reduce anonymous misuse and make each account accountable before a private conversation begins.
Mutual accept and limited visibility
A route match does not reveal contact information by itself. Both users must independently accept the match. Until then, profiles show sector-level route fit, departure time, gender, and role type only. Exact addresses, live location, phone numbers, and names are not shown during discovery.
Women-only matching
Women can choose to only be matched with other women. When enabled, that preference is enforced in route discovery and visibility rather than left to the other side. Misrepresenting identity or abusing this filter is treated as a serious platform violation.
Practical safety expectations
Use public pickup points, keep the first meeting simple, and do not share private addresses unless you are comfortable doing so. Destination5 helps identify route fit and verified accounts; users remain responsible for their own choices and conduct outside the platform.
Reporting
To report harassment, false identity, commercial misuse, or any safety concern about a matched user, email [email protected] with your account email, match details, and a clear description of what happened.
