1. What Destination5 is
Destination5 is a free, non-commercial commute matching platform. It connects two people who already travel the same route so they can share fuel costs. It is not a ride-hailing service, a taxi company, or a commercial transport operator of any kind. Nobody on this platform is a driver for hire.
2. Islamabad only
This platform operates exclusively within the Islamabad Capital Territory. All routes, sectors, and matching are confined to the CDA sector grid and its immediate adjacent housing societies.
3. Verification is mandatory
Before any contact information is exchanged, both users must pass identity verification. This requires a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and institutional proof (student card or employer letter). Submitting forged or stolen documents will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities under applicable Pakistani law.
4. No commercial use
You may not use Destination5 to operate a commercial pick-and-drop service, an unlicensed taxi operation, or any for-profit transport business. The platform exists exclusively for sharing fuel costs on existing daily commutes.
5. Liability
Destination5 introduces two people. It does not supervise the commute. You are responsible for your own safety, your own vehicle condition, and your own conduct. Destination5 bears no liability for incidents, disputes, or damages that occur before, during, or after any matched commute.
6. Community standards
Treat your match as an equal. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will result in a ban. We reserve the right to remove any user at our sole discretion.
7. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Destination5. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
