Terms of Service
Plain terms for using Destination5 in Islamabad.
1. Matching platform only
Destination5 is a free, non-commercial matching board for people who already travel on similar Islamabad routes and want to split fuel costs. It is not a ride-hailing service, taxi company, transport operator, employer, insurer, or vehicle supervisor. Nobody on the platform is a driver for hire, and Destination5 does not set fares, assign vehicles, or manage trips.
2. Eligibility and route scope
You must be at least 18 years old to use Destination5. Routes are limited to Islamabad sectors and nearby housing societies covered by the platform. You are responsible for entering accurate route, timing, gender, role type, and verification information so the matching board can work reliably for everyone using it.
3. Verification and contact exchange
Before contact information is shared, both matched users must pass identity verification with a CNIC and student or employer proof. Verification reduces uncertainty, but it does not make Destination5 responsible for a user's conduct, vehicle condition, punctuality, route decisions, or anything agreed outside the platform.
4. Your responsibility and liability
Destination5 only introduces potential route matches. What happens between matched users outside the platform is their own responsibility. Destination5 bears no liability for incidents, delays, disputes, losses, injury, property damage, payment disagreements, traffic violations, or personal conduct before, during, or after a matched commute. Use judgment, meet in public places, and do not continue with an arrangement that feels wrong.
5. Misuse and bans
False identity, forged documents, harassment, threats, discrimination, commercial transport use, spam, or abuse of the women-only filter will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Destination5 may remove accounts, routes, or matches when platform safety or integrity is at risk.
6. Availability and changes
Destination5 is provided as a best-effort public-interest service. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the platform improves. Continued use means you accept the current terms shown on this page.
